Growing up with two creative parents had its perks. My father, Peter Johnson introduced me to clay as a toddler and after a long hiatus of trying to find a real job, I rediscovered pottery again when I hit my thirties. When working with this medium I lose track of time and find real joy in creating both sculptural and functional peices as a vessel to 'sneak art into every day life'.
