Label and packaging design plays an equally important role. Its how you present yourself to your customers, like getting dressed in the morning. Except your product is your baby, and when you send it out to the world, you want it to be ‘saying’ the right thing.
While living in Central Otago, I had the stroke of luck to work with boutique winemaker, Debra Cruickshank (NZ Supreme Rural Woman of the year and Entrepreneurial Rural Woman NZ 2017). Together we developed a range of designs for her own wine and port, and also she referred me to many of her own clients for their labeling requirements.
